Ladies and Gentlemen, we kindly inform you that:
- the administrator of your personal data in the field of e-mail address and other data that you will provide in the contact form is Jarosław Szymański, running a business under the name Studio 1: 1 Jarosław Szymański with headquarters in Gdańsk (80-178) at ul. Franciszka Mamuszki 41, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, NIP 9570518017, REGON 192638512 (hereinafter: “Administrator”),
- due to the content of the provision of art. 37 paragraph 1 RODO, the Administrator has not appointed a data protection officer,
- Your personal data indicated in point 1 will be processed for the purpose of correspondence as well as at your request in order to take action to conclude the contract and its implementation,
- Your personal data indicated in point 1 will be transferred to entities closely cooperating with the Administrator in the scope of specialized design services, ie: Beata Szymańska, conducting business under the name Studio 1: 1 Beata Szymańska with its registered office in Gdańsk NIP 9531874682, Studio 1: 1 Limited Liability Company Sp.k. with its registered office in Gdańsk KRS 0000594704, Studio 1: 1 Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Gdańsk KRS 0000590499 and the entity providing IT services for the Administrator. The transfer of your personal data to other entities will be possible only in a situation in which the Administrator will be obliged to provide information regarding the legal obligation imposed on him,
- Your personal data indicated in point 1 will not be transferred to a non-EU country,
- Your personal data indicated in point 1 will be stored and processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in point 3 and the limitation of claims arising therefrom,
- you have the right to access the content of your personal data indicated in point 1 and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data transfer, the right to raise objections to incorrect processing,
- you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body when you believe that the processing of personal data referred to in point 1 by the Administrator violates the provisions of the RODO,
- Your personal data indicated in point 1 will not be processed in an automated way (including in the form of profiling).
