In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "GDPR"), we inform you that:

1. the controller of your personal data is Jarosław Szymański, conducting business under the name Studio 1:1 Jarosław Szymański, based in Gdańsk (80-178) at ul. Franciszka Mamuszki 41, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, NIP 9570518017, REGON 192638512 (hereinafter: "Controller"),
2. due to the provisions of Article 37(1) of the GDPR, the Controller has not appointed a data protection officer,
3. your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing the contract concluded in connection with the business activity conducted by the Controller, to which you are a party or represent a party, as well as for taking actions aimed at concluding a subsequent contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. If you consent, personal data will also be processed for informational, promotional and marketing purposes of the business activity conducted by the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,
4. the recipients of your personal data will be clients, contractors, employees and associates of the Controller,
5. your personal data will not be transferred to a country outside the EU,
6. your personal data will be stored and processed for the duration of the concluded contract and the limitation period for claims arising therefrom, and to the extent necessary for the period required by law for data archiving purposes. If you consent to the processing of personal data for informational, promotional and marketing purposes of the business activity conducted by the Controller, your personal data will be stored and processed for the period during which the Controller conducts business activity in the field of specialized design (subclass 74.10.Z, according to the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 24 December 2007 on the Polish Classification of Activities, Journal of Laws 2007.251.1885, as amended), but no longer than until consent is withdrawn,
7. you have the right to access the content of your personal data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent to their processing for informational, promotional and marketing purposes at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Regarding consent to the processing of personal data for informational, promotional and marketing purposes, providing personal data is voluntary. Providing personal data for the purpose of performing the contract is also voluntary, however, failure to provide it will prevent the proper performance of the concluded contract,
8. you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your data by the Controller violates the provisions of the GDPR,
9. your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (including profiling) that would result in a decision being made regarding you.
