Silva II Gdynia - common space
Design of common spaces in residential buildings
We present the design of the common spaces for the Silva II residential complex in Gdynia, created for Invest Komfort. The scope of the project included spaces serving the needs of the residents, such as a relaxation area with a billiards room, a fitness zone, a spa with saunas, toilets, and a changing room, as well as staircases. The project involved developing the functional layout, selecting finishing materials, designing custom furniture, choosing equipment and decorative elements, and overseeing the implementation of the investment.
