Renovation and expansion of the office building on Łąkowa Street
The developed construction project aims to adapt the existing building, which has historical value, to meet the current needs of its owner, LPP S.A., based in Gdańsk. This industrial, modernist building, constructed between 1924 and 1927, originally housed a well-known tobacco factory. Currently, the building primarily serves office functions. Adapting the building to a modern office function and creating attractive workspaces for young professionals in the fashion design industry required numerous transformations, including the addition of a fourth floor and the construction of a glazed café/lounge area.
