The interior design project for the Silk office is another building within the LPP design campus, developed by the Studio 1:1 team. The scope of work covers four floors with a total area of 6,435 m². Designing workspaces for fashion designers presented a particular challenge for us. In addition to proposing comfortable functional and spatial solutions, the project aimed to heighten the sensitivity of young clothing designers to the selection of textures, colors, and materials.

In the selection of materials used throughout the interior, we applied a subtle color palette inspired by the natural tones of stone, brick, and sand, as well as the raw character of finishing and furniture materials. Integration spaces—such as kitchenettes, small rooms for individual work, a canteen with a dining area, and a terrace allowing meals to be enjoyed outdoors—were designed to enhance comfort at work and foster positive relationships between people. The functional program of the interior also includes conference rooms for employees and contractors, as well as a reception area with a waiting zone. The scope of the design additionally covered vertical circulation, including staircases and elevators. The interior design was completed at the beginning of 2025 in a building designed by JEMS Architekci.
