The office building project on Sadowa Street focused on adapting interiors to meet the needs of the Investor’s staff and project teams while complying with current regulations. We designed open-space areas, a main entrance hall with a reception and waiting area, a kitchen with a dining area, and conference rooms. In three business conference rooms, we incorporated movable partitions, allowing the creation of a meeting room of approximately 128 m². Originally constructed in 1914 as the Kaserne Bastion Roggen barracks, the building was expanded and remodeled in 2002. To honor its history, we highlighted features that enable easy identification of the building’s various historical sections. As a result, we created a usable space of over 5,000 m², delivering comfort, functionality, and optimal solutions in a distinctive setting.
