The project was prepared based on the diploma project "Shaping and Ordering Spaces in the Tenements of Venice of Bydgoszcz," executed under the supervision of Professor Zbigniew Parandowski. The diploma project was presented at an exhibition in the City Hall and served as a discussion material with the district's residents and future investors. The realization included the riverside with the facilitation of the passage between Długa Street and the Brda River, which positively influenced the initiative to tidy up and conduct renovations by private owners. The presented architectural and construction project of the tenement house was commissioned by the City Hall. After the sale of the property, the project served as design guidelines for the new owner. Several other tenements in Venice of Bydgoszcz were developed in the form of preliminary projects, which became a set of guidelines from the City Conservator for private owners undertaking building renovations.
