Project of arrangement of communal spaces in multi-family residential buildings

The goal of the project implemented for Invest Komfort was the arrangement of the common spaces of the Silva housing estate in Gdynia. The scope of the study included rooms serving the needs of the residents of the housing estate: fitness with a billiard room, SPA zone with saunas, toilets and cloakroom, and stairwells. The scope of the task was: development of a functional system, selection of finishing materials, design of unit furniture, selection of equipment and supervision over the implementation of the investment.
