Project of arrangement of communal spaces in multi-family residential buildings

The goal of the project carried out for Invest Komfort was to arrange communal space in Nadmorze housing estate in Gdańsk. The design brief included areas serving the needs of residents such as fitness facility with a pool room, SPA with saunas, toilets and a cloakroom, and finally stairwells. The scope of work involved development of a functional system, selection of finishing materials, design of furniture units and soft furnishings, choice of lighting and electrical appliances and finally supervision of the implementation of the project.
